After nearly a decade in the treatment room, working closely with countless clients and their skin concerns, I realized it was time to take a big step forward—one that had been years in the making. I didn’t come from a background of working for major skincare brands. For most of my career, I sold products made by other companies—formulas that, for a long time, did the job. But as those companies grew, something shifted. The formulas changed. The packaging became more about scale than purpose. The business models started to feel more mass-produced than mindful. And ultimately, they no longer met the high standards I hold for the people who trust me with their skin.

That’s when I knew it was time to do something different—not just for myself, but for my clients. My job has always been to focus on the individuals who come to me, listen to their needs, and create real, lasting results. I needed skincare that did the same. So I created Skin by Molly M.

With my own line, I’ve been able to marry the best of acne-fighting science and age-management ingredients in a way that works for my community. I’m in control of every detail—from the formulations to the packaging. That means I can ensure each product reflects the same level of quality, intention, and care I put into every treatment session.

My products are made in small batches, backed by science, and inspired by real results—results I’ve seen over the course of 9 years with both successes and challenges along the way. The formulas I’ve developed are less drying but still incredibly effective. The packaging? Thoughtfully designed with my clients’ experience in mind.
